Furniture & Wardrobe Vinyl Wrapping

Our rule of thumb: if it sticks to it, we'll wrap it. The same architectural vinyl we use on kitchens goes onto fitted wardrobes and freestanding furniture — a full makeover for pieces that are structurally fine but visually stuck in another decade.

Built-in wardrobes, without the rebuild

Fitted wardrobes are expensive to replace and miserable to live without while you do. If the runners, frames and internals are sound, wrapping the doors, fronts and surrounds transforms the whole bedroom in a day or two — sliding doors included. It's the same result people are sold as a "fitted wardrobe refresh" by the big companies, without the big-company price.

The flat-pack renewal

A lot of what we wrap is good furniture with a bad finish — the solid-enough sideboard bought fifteen years ago, the media unit that still fits the wall perfectly but screams 2010. Wrapping keeps a sound piece out of landfill and turns it into something that looks deliberately chosen, in exactly the finish you want, for far less than a replacement of the same quality.

Questions we get asked

Can you wrap laminate, veneer or MDF furniture?

Yes — all of those take vinyl beautifully, as long as the surface is sound and clean. Peeling veneer usually needs the loose sections removed first, which we handle.

Will the wrap survive a family wardrobe?

The vinyl is rated for daily use — scuffs, fingerprints, steam from an ensuite. It wipes clean and keeps its finish.

Do you wrap flat-pack furniture like IKEA pieces?

Regularly. A wrap turns an inexpensive flat-pack piece into something that doesn't look flat-pack at all.
